Refund & Returns Policy

Every product sold on 1001tees.net is printed on demand specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through the Contact page with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll take it from there.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send the correct item immediately.

Lost Shipments

If your order is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately through the Contact page if you need to cancel.
